Position Summary:
Responsible for executing recruitment processes, personnel management, employment documentation, attendance control, and supporting various HR activities.

Main Responsibilities
* Execute recruitment and personnel selection processes.
* Post job openings on job boards and social media.
* Conduct resume screening, telephone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.
* Manage onboarding documentation for new employees.
* Prepare employment contracts, renewals, addendums, and other employment documents.
* Register and update employee files in both physical and digital formats.
* Monitor attendance, late arrivals, leave requests, medical leaves, and vacations.
* Support preparation and review of payroll registers, overtime hours, deductions, and social benefits.
* Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
* Coordinate distribution of uniforms, photo IDs, and work equipment.
* Conduct onboarding processes for new employees.
* Prepare HR reports and metrics (e.g., turnover, attendance, recruitment, absenteeism, etc.).
* Provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding employment-related inquiries.
* Support workplace climate, wellness, and integration activities.
* Maintain up-to-date employee information and ensure confidentiality of documentation.
* Comply with internal policies and current Peruvian labor regulations.
* Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
* Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or technical diploma in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
* Preferred experience in gastronomy, restaurants, or retail companies.
* Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience with payroll systems or ERP software is desirable.
