We are currently looking for a **JUNIOR WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR for our flooring and cladding department** at our warehouse. **Objective:** To coordinate and supervise the storage and dispatch operations for the flooring and cladding category, ensuring accurate order preparation and fulfillment, effective inventory control, timely replenishment management, proper shrinkage handling, and adherence to standards for organization, cleanliness, product placement, and presentation. **Responsibilities:** * **Supervise order preparation and dispatch**, verifying that products are correctly selected, packaged, and prepared according to customer requirements. * **Control and validate batch fulfillment**, ensuring requested specifications match dispatched products—including model, format, tone, gauge, batch number, and quantity—as applicable. Also ensure packaging is in presentable condition for dispatch. * **Supervise physical inventory counts**, guaranteeing a minimum number of **daily SKUs**, validating discrepancies found, and reporting reconciliation results in designated systems or formats. * **Control and monitor shrinkage generated within the warehouse and during dispatch**, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining shrinkage metrics within established targets. * **Ensure area organization, cleanliness, and compliance with standards**. * **Coordinate and assign tasks to operational staff**, prioritizing activities based on orders, dispatches, counts, replenishments, and other operational needs. * **Track operational incidents**, promptly identifying issues that may impact dispatches, inventories, or order fulfillment, and reporting them to the relevant supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience in warehouses, logistics, or distribution**. * Preferred experience handling construction materials, finishes, flooring, cladding, porcelain tiles, ceramics, or similar products. * Experience supervising operational staff. **Working Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday 08:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday 08:00 AM–1:00 PM. * Workplace: Rímac (Alcázar) * Full payroll registration with 100% benefits Salary: S/.1\.30 \- S/.2\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
