Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Specialist with knowledge of Linux and Windows for initial validation, incident triage, and basic operational support, coordinating production deployments and managing tickets. Organizational, communication, and learning skills are valued We are looking for a Junior Specialist with foundational knowledge of Linux and Windows, responsible for performing initial validations, incident triage, verification of installed applications, and basic operational support. The candidate will coordinate production deployments, including managing sign-off documents with involved departments, as well as tracking and updating tickets using tools such as Jira and Odoo. Organizational, communication, and learning capabilities are highly valued.
