A certification and accreditation company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager who meets the following requirements: Responsibilities: * Answer customer calls and emails to inform them of their certification status * Track certifications * Send forms to customers so they can complete their certification requirements * Coordinate with the sales department regarding forms to be delivered * Enter information into the system and email it to customers.
