**INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (MACHINERY FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY)** **Head Office: Carabayllo, Lima \| Availability for national and international travel** **We are a metal-mechanical company dedicated to the manufacturing and importation of specialized machinery for the food industry.** On this occasion, we are seeking a **Maintenance Technician** with solid experience in comprehensive maintenance of industrial equipment within the food sector. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician graduated in Maintenance Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. * **2 to 4 years of proven experience** in preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as fault diagnosis, on food-industry industrial machinery (mixers, stuffers, ovens, freezing tunnels, dosing machines, etc.). * Solid knowledge of **mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems**. * Ability to **read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings**. * Experience in installation, commissioning, and after-sales support of imported machinery is desirable. * Availability for **domestic and international travel**. * Preferably residing in the **northern area of Lima**, due to proximity to the plant (Carabayllo). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on equipment installed at the plant and at customer sites. * Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery. * Conduct technical inspections, prepare service reports, and manage after-sales follow-up. * Coordinate with technical and production departments to ensure equipment operability. * Support continuous improvement of mechanical and electrical processes in manufactured equipment. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment contract from **day one**, including all statutory benefits. * A **career path** and professional development opportunities within an expanding company. * Ongoing technical training. * A positive work environment, dynamic work, and national and international growth prospects.
