Responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities (hydraulic, electrical, sanitary, and HVAC systems). * Repair of equipment and infrastructure (doors, locks, lighting fixtures, furniture, etc.). * Assistance in relocation and adaptation of medical equipment or furniture. * Compliance with biosafety standards and protocols (safety and hygiene to prevent contamination and maintain a safe environment).
