




Job Summary: The pre-professional Technical Support Intern provides operational support to the Systems Department, ensuring proper functioning of equipment and systems through incident response and preventive support. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with installation, configuration, and verification of equipment and software. 2. Identification and resolution of basic technical issues. 3. Preventive maintenance of equipment and user support. The primary objective of the pre-professional Technical Support Intern is to provide operational support to the Systems Department, ensuring the proper functioning of computers and systems used by end users. This role directly contributes to operational continuity by enabling timely technical incident resolution and delivering basic preventive support. Key responsibilities include assisting with installation, configuration, and verification of equipment and software; identifying and resolving basic technical issues; performing preventive maintenance on equipment; as well as logging and tracking incidents. Additionally, the intern provides user support for appropriate use of technological tools and assists in organizing technical information using Excel.
