




We are seeking top talent to join us as an SSOMA ASSISTANT. Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Diploma or Specialization Course in SSOMA. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience or more. * Advanced Excel proficiency. What challenges will I face? * Assist external clients as a safety prevention specialist. * Ensure strict use of all personal protective equipment (PPE) by company personnel and third parties. * Identify and document unsafe acts and conditions to facilitate corrective action. * Strictly supervise security personnel to ensure compliance with entry requirements for company personnel and third parties. * Verify contractors’ workplace cleanliness. * Conduct monthly safety inspections of first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency equipment. * Support the SSOMA Coordinator in client homologation processes by collecting evidence, required documentation, and addressing observations from various homologating entities. * Verify that operational staff correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to assigned tasks. * Confirm that personnel possess all tools required for their specific tasks and that such tools are in good working condition. * Report incidents, accidents, hazardous conditions, and observed deviations in service, following established reporting formats.
