




Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to support financial management, including recording income/expenses, conducting cash counts, assisting with payments and reconciliations. Grupo Dos de Mayo, a company engaged in the restaurant and hospitality industry, is looking for talent to fill the position of **Treasury Assistant** **Profile Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Administration. * Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Excel.** * Availability to work onsite in Miraflores (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM). **Job Responsibilities:** * Record monetary income and expenses in the accounting system. * Conduct cash counts and supervise proper cash handling. * Assist in preparing and executing supplier payments. * Verify and control payment documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers, etc.). * Perform bank reconciliations and review account transactions. * Monitor petty cash reimbursement and the monthly replenishment process. * Organize, archive, and forward financial documents and supporting documentation to respective departments. * Manage and execute payments via checks, bank transfers, or deposits. * Carry out other treasury-related tasks as required. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary. * Bi-weekly payments. * Paid birthday leave. * Corporate agreements and discounts.
