Responsibilities: * Register, validate, and classify vehicle accident reports. * Guide policyholders through required steps, documentation, and response timelines. * Review and organize police reports, technical reports, photographs, and statements. * Supervise repairs, cost estimates, and technical assessments. * Monitor the progress of each accident case until closure. * Ensure all processes comply with insurance and traffic legislation. Candidate Profile * Degree in Administration, Law, Automotive Engineering, or related fields (preferred) * Knowledge of insurance, traffic regulations, and accident management processes. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases simultaneously. * Proficiency in digital tools and claims management systems.
