Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with construction site experience to oversee quantity surveying, valuations, technical release management, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in quantity surveying, valuations, and cost control 2. Management of technical releases and quality testing control 3. Technical review of quotations and daily production tracking Civil Engineering (professional registration – not mandatory) \- **Requirements:** * 4 to 6 years of field experience * Proven experience in quantity surveying, valuations, quality control, and cost management * Professional degree * Cost and budgeting specialization preferred \- **Main Responsibilities:** * Quantity surveying and progress monitoring for structural works and installations * Preparation and justification of valuations * Management of technical releases (structural and engineering works) * Quality testing and record control * Technical review of quotations and change orders * Daily production tracking of construction site Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
