Excellent work environment and continuous support. **A leading telecommunications services company** We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Selection Specialist to join our team at our office in Lima. If you seek an outstanding opportunity for professional growth, this could be your next goal. Responsibilities: - Posting and tracking job openings. - Conducting preliminary telephone screenings with potential candidates. - Scheduling and conducting in-person interviews with candidates. - Assisting in the verification of documentation and references. - Performing field recruitment activities: visiting training centers, job fairs, employment events, and other on-site activities as required. Requirements: - Graduated, bachelor's degree holder, or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel selection, preferably for technical or large-scale operational profiles. - Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to recruitment (desirable). - Ability to work under pressure, with initiative and autonomy. - Availability to work Monday through Friday fully on-site, and Saturdays in a hybrid mode as needed (48 hours per week). - Working hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (on-site), and Saturdays, 8 AM to 1 PM. **What We Offer:** - Market-competitive remuneration. - Opportunity to join a leading company in the telecommunications industry. - Excellent work environment and continuous support.
