Job Summary: This role involves architectural and engineering drawing and proposal, material quantification, and project documentation management. Key Highlights: 1. Architectural and engineering drawing using specialized software 2. Material quantification and project management 3. Client collaboration and quantity survey review **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Draw architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, topographic, artistic, and general engineering drawings using specialized software. * Develop architectural proposals. * Determine the quantities of materials required for construction/fabrication. * Archive completed project drawings for reference to previous work. * Prepare quotation templates. * Reconcile with the client the actual progress quantities completed. * Prepare or review quantity surveys for subcontractor valuations. * Quote specific items for assembling the required proposal. E.g., containers, metal shelving, melamine furniture, etc. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of construction sites, camps, or modular units (desirable) * Advanced AutoCAD, Excel proficiency, and planning tools * Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure **Working Conditions:** * Compensation: S/ 2,000 to S/ 2,200 (based on evaluation and experience) * Working Hours: Monday to Friday * Work Location: Offices – Ancón Industrial Zone Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
