This is your opportunity to join us as a **Financial Management and Automation Analyst**. What will be your purpose? Ensure the organization, recording, and traceability of financial information while simultaneously driving process automation and enabling efficient data flow using tools such as Excel, Power Automate, and SharePoint—reducing manual work and enhancing visibility for decision-making. This role is critical to transitioning from primarily manual, document-based management to data-driven management supported by reliable data, automated processes, and consistent reporting. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Financial Information Management and Control * Build and maintain a detailed database of invoices, payments, bank transactions, and budget allocations. * Record and monitor revenue originating from production funds. * Support bank payroll uploads, vendor registration, and bank statement reviews. * Organize and securely store financial documentation (invoices, receipts, contracts). Process Automation and Improvement * Design and maintain Power Automate workflows for data entry and updates, basic validations, controls, approval flows, and notifications. * Reduce repetitive manual tasks and minimize error risks in administrative and financial processes. * Connect data sources such as Excel, SharePoint, SQL, and other available tools. Analysis and Reporting * Generate predefined reports for budget tracking and cash flow monitoring. * Support the creation and maintenance of simple dashboards in Power BI or Excel (not mandatory). * Ensure consistency, quality, and traceability of data used in reports. What are we looking for? * Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, data handling). * Practical experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, and SQL.
