The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking and reconciling project costs, ensuring the quality, integrity, and traceability of financial information used for management and financing processes. ### **Requirements** ### **Requirements** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Control, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration and Management, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience** in management control, cost control, or project finance. * Experience in budget monitoring and CAPEX control. * Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and consolidation formulas. * Experience managing and analyzing large volumes of data. * Ability to coordinate across different departments and attention to detail. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and reconcile investment costs —CAPEX— against the budget and the project’s financial model. * Track budget variances and support cost forecasting activities. * Consolidate information required for capital and debt disbursements, ensuring appropriate documentary support. * Calculate and monitor taxes associated with payments, invoices, and disbursements. * Track invoices, purchase orders, and payment status of contractors and suppliers. * Validate correct SAP registration of payments, accruals, and project costs. * Prepare, update, and automate financial reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. * Coordinate information with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Treasury, and project teams. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose automation for control and reporting processes. * Ensure quality and traceability of project financial documentation. ### **✅ Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the energy sector, especially in generation, transmission, solar, wind, or energy storage projects. * Experience in investment projects involving multiple contractors and suppliers. * Knowledge of Project Finance or participation in debt disbursement and capital contribution processes. * SAP proficiency in modules related to procurement, finance, or cost control. * Knowledge of Power BI and report automation. * Intermediate English. * Postgraduate diploma, master’s degree, or complementary training in Management Control, Corporate Finance, or Project Finance.
