Job Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily workshop and operational team activities, ensuring efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead operational teams and manage staff productivity. 2. Plan and coordinate daily workshop activities, monitoring progress. 3. Supervise projects and services nationwide, ensuring compliance. **MAFISA MOTORS SAC.**, an automotive sector company, is looking for new talent to fill the position of: **WORKSHOP COORDINATOR.** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical or university degree in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. \- Experience leading operational teams. \- Valid A1 driver's license (mandatory). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Plan and coordinate daily workshop activities. \- Assign and supervise technical staff work orders. \- Monitor maintenance and repair progress, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines. \- Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service departments to ensure operational continuity. \- Supervise staff productivity and promote continuous improvement. \- Manage availability of spare parts, materials, and tools. \- Ensure compliance with technical procedures and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. \- Supervise projects and services nationwide. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Benefits according to law – MYPE Regime. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:50 p.m. / Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. * Work location: San Luis.
