Opportunities for growth and development Cleam Ambiental, a solid waste management company, is looking for a **Loading Operator** with a responsible attitude and commitment to contributing efficiently to daily operations. **Required Profile:** * Completed secondary education. * Must reside in districts near Ventanilla (mandatory requirement). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with rotating days off. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform loading and unloading of materials and/or hazardous waste, adhering to safety regulations and procedures. * Support the management and control of documentation related to goods. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, as required by operational needs. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely biweekly payments. * Semiannual bonuses of **S/ 1,000** in June and November. * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Opportunities for growth and development within the company.
