




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to assist chefs in daily production, performing tasks such as chopping, peeling, and handling various cutting techniques, while always keeping the work area clean and following established procedures. Maintaining BPM and cleaning the work area Requirements \- Completed or incomplete culinary studies \- Availability to work in Callao (Foucett) \- Rotating shifts (morning and afternoon shifts) \- Minimum prior experience of 3 months Responsibilities: Assist chefs in managing daily production Chopping, peeling, handling various cutting techniques Implementing BPM Keeping the work area clean, following instructions and established procedures.
