Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst to optimize production, time control, and data analysis at our leading medical furniture company. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for optimizing production processes 2. Identification of operational improvements and solutions 3. Creation and documentation of organizational processes At JHS Medical, a leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of medical furniture, we are looking for the best candidate for the PROCESS ANALYST position, focused on data analysis, time control, and production process optimization. Responsibilities: * Map and analyze production processes on the shop floor. * Conduct time and motion studies for operations. * Prepare production reports and KPIs. * Support production planning and schedule tracking. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes. * Develop reports and Excel databases for production control. * Define objectives and metrics to monitor the entire process. * Implement strategies to improve productivity and quality. * Identify bottlenecks, problems (and their root causes), and necessary improvements or solutions. * Responsible for creating and documenting processes aligned with organizational goals and needs REQUIREMENTS: * Technical degree in Industrial Administration, Industrial Process Control, or related fields * 2 years of experience performing similar functions * Complementary courses in process management * Knowledge of time and motion studies * Experience mapping shop-floor processes * Knowledge of production planning or control * Experience in the metal-mechanical and/or food industry (mandatory) * Advanced Excel Benefits: Direct payroll enrollment under the SME regime from day one Working hours: Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM–6:15 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–6:45 PM Salary: S/2000 Work location: Comas Pleasant work environment Opportunity for career growth !Join our team!
