Position Summary: Solidaridad is seeking a Digital Learning Intern to support the implementation, user support, and monitoring of users on the Cultivate educational platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the digital implementation of the Cultivate educational platform 2. Track participants and coordinate with partner organizations 3. Assist in communications management and report preparation **1\. Background** Solidaridad is an international organization with over 50 years of experience developing sustainable and inclusive value chains across various commodities, placing small-scale producers at the center. Solidaridad operates in more than 40 countries worldwide and seeks to transform production practices across sectors so that small-scale producers gain access to fair and profitable livelihoods and business opportunities. Since 2025, Solidaridad has been implementing the Cultivate educational platform, designed to support producer families and agricultural technicians in learning at their own pace—without time or distance barriers—using digital tools such as WhatsApp. Currently, Solidaridad is seeking a **Digital Learning Intern** to support the digital implementation, user support, and monitoring of users participating in the Cultivate platform. **2\. Who Are We Looking For? – Position Profile** ***Objective:*** *Support the digital implementation of the Cultivate platform by tracking participants, coordinating with partner organizations, and managing communications—to ensure orderly execution and active participation in training processes.* ***Position within the Organization:*** * Sofia Bravo \- Educational Solutions Coordinator. ***Academic Qualifications, Degree, and/or Level of Study:*** * Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields. ***Required Knowledge:*** * Basic proficiency in Power BI. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, especially pivot tables. * Basic knowledge of **Meta Business Suite and WhatsApp Business** for content scheduling (desirable). * Experience using generative AI tools. ***Work Experience:*** * Minimum one year of professional experience supporting the implementation of educational or sustainability projects. * Minimum one year of professional experience supporting the coordination of activities, calls for participation, or events. **3\. Responsibilities:** **3\.1** Support for digital learning implementation on Cultivate: * Develop message and reminder calendars for users. **3\.2** User tracking and reporting: * Assist in monitoring participant progress along learning pathways. * Assist in preparing periodic progress and participation reports. * Update databases and tracking records. **3\.3** Coordination with partner organizations: * Assist in tracking implementation plan compliance. * Support the delivery of training workshops for technical staff. * Support the outreach and mobilization of technical staff and local leaders. * Assist in drafting and scheduling basic reminder messages. * Identify opportunities to improve messages to enhance the learning experience. **4\.
