Position Summary: Maintenance logistics specialist for a supervision company, responsible for comprehensive management of procurement, inventory, and suppliers, aiming for efficiency and cost control. Equipment planning and control from acquisition to decommissioning URGENTLY NEEDED: A MAINTENANCE LOGISTICS SPECIALIST FOR A PRIVATE COMPANY PROVIDING SUPERVISION SERVICES TO THE GOVERNMENT, WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: § Monitor the frequency of office supply requests across various departments, performing statistical control and consumption analysis. *(Warehouse inventory every six months)* § Receive, process, and/or handle departmental requests efficiently and at minimal possible cost. *(SIG\-F\-014 Requirement Request Form)* § Request supplier quotations for purchasing goods. *(Quotations)* § Request invoices from suppliers in cases of urgent purchases. § Maintain and update supplier records according to the Procedure for Supplier Evaluation, Selection, and Re-evaluation. *(Supplier evaluation, selection, and re-evaluation SIG\-F\-08; Supplier List SIG\-F\-07\)* § Conduct procurement of goods, equipment, etc., in accordance with the Procurement Management Procedure. § Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. § Achieve organizational and departmental objectives. § Maintain confidentiality of all information observed, read, or heard in the office. § Respond to urgent emails received during the day. § Conduct physical inventory of assets, furnishings, equipment, and vans. § Review, evaluate, and report on obsolete, decommissioned, and/or damaged equipment for removal from inventory. § Plan, organize, and control all activities related to the acquisition, transportation, and storage of equipment and/or products, starting from procurement. § Deliver equipment accompanied by a responsibility letter for respective projects. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
