Job Summary: Supervises and plans production, personnel, materials, and quality in an industrial environment, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads the planning and supervision of production on process lines. 2. Ensures compliance with quality and operational standards. 3. Coordinates with various departments to optimize production processes. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related fields. 2 years of experience in Production Supervisor roles. Intermediate Excel skills. ERP knowledge is desirable. Willingness to work rotating shifts. **Experience in the FISHING INDUSTRY** **Experience in the INDUSTRIAL or FOOD INDUSTRY.** **Residence in LURIN or nearby areas.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Plan the sequencing of the weekly and daily production schedule across various process lines. \- Plan staff attendance and distribution across various process lines. \- Plan material and indirect service requirements for the department. \- Supervise compliance with the production schedule issued by the Production Planning and Control department. \- Supervise compliance with production standards for raw materials, work-in-process, finished products, and processes. \- Monitor daily material usage for different products being manufactured. \- Verify the status and operational readiness of the environmental refrigeration system. \- Analyze performance indicators for the department. \- Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance within the department. \- Prepare reports and/or documentation upon request from the supervisor. \- Coordinate with Planning, Dispatch, Coding, and Dosage departments regarding changes and/or requirements for the department. \- Verify corrective actions established for the department under the quality management system. \- Verify compliance with the approved headcount for the department. \- Support the supervisor in executing internal departmental projects. \- Conduct on-site verification of compliance with instructions and tasks assigned to the processing department. \- Perform other duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
