Job Summary: We are seeking an MEP Engineer to lead the design, execution, and control of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations. Opportunities for professional growth and continuous development We are looking for a highly qualified **MEP Engineer** to lead, coordinate, and supervise the design, execution, and control of **Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)** systems in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that MEP systems comply with technical standards, applicable regulations, project budget, and schedule. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to MEP systems. * Lead internal technical teams and specialized subcontractors. * Review and validate designs, drawings, technical specifications, and calculation reports. * Coordinate with architecture, structural engineering, and project management teams. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, electrical codes, and international standards. * Control costs, schedules, and quality of MEP systems. * Manage RFIs, submittals, design changes, and clash detection. * Supervise testing, commissioning, and final handover of systems. * Prepare technical and progress reports for management. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **5 to 8 years** of experience in construction projects as an MEP Manager or in a similar role. * Proven experience in large-scale projects (buildings, hospitals, shopping centers, industrial facilities, etc.). * Solid knowledge of MEP regulations and applicable technical codes. * Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, MS Project, or similar. * Leadership ability, decision-making skills, and capacity to work under pressure. * Excellent communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills. **Desirable** * Professional certifications (PMP, LEED, Commissioning, etc.). * Experience in BIM and 3D coordination. * Intermediate or advanced technical English. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and team management * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Project organization and control * Results-oriented mindset * Attention to detail and quality focus **We Offer** * Participation in high-impact and technically complex projects. * Competitive salary package commensurate with experience. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Excellent working environment and continuous development.
