




We are currently seeking top talent for the position of **Human Resources Manager**, eager to apply their knowledge and grow alongside us. We seek a professional with strong interpersonal skills, leadership capability, and solid expertise in both the **hard** and **soft** areas of Human Resources—results-oriented and committed to teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Design and update job descriptions and the organizational chart * Support improvement of organizational policies * Support strategic human talent planning aligned with organizational goals * Develop, coordinate, and execute recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes * Verify references and academic credentials as required per position * Coordinate the entire occupational medical examination process in accordance with sector regulations * Ensure proper legal formalization of employment contracts, social security affiliations, and labor documentation * Develop training plans for continuous learning and human talent development * Identify training needs and conduct performance evaluations * Prepare payroll records and respective payroll processing * Supervise the processing of severance payments and social benefits * Verify affiliations and payments to AFP, Essalud, etc. * Address all labor-related matters: leaves of absence, medical leave, vacations, absenteeism, among others * Implement workplace wellness programs * Organize integration activities, recognition initiatives, and efforts to strengthen workplace climate * Manage labor conflict cases and follow up on improvement plans * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and sector-specific requirements * Prepare documentation for audits (external or internal) * Maintain the internal work regulation and institutional policies up to date * Analyze turnover, absenteeism, training compliance, and other HR indicators * Promptly identify and resolve any issues arising within the scope of their autonomy * Perform any other duties assigned by their direct supervisor during working hours **Requirements:** Graduate or degree holder in Business Engineering, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources. Ability to work effectively in teams. Knowledge of labor legislation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
