Job Summary: A leading construction company is seeking a General Accountant / Head of Accounting to lead the accounting closing process, prepare financial statements, and supervise the team. A prominent construction-sector company is seeking a General Accountant / Head of Accounting to assume a key role within the Administration and Finance department. Responsibilities: Lead monthly and annual accounting closing (recordings, accruals, depreciation). Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement). Supervise and organize the accounting team’s work. Ensure compliance with tax obligations and filings. Implement and maintain accounting policies under IFRS and local regulations. Organize and regularize historical accounting information. Prepare financial reports for management. Coordinate internal and external audits. Requirements: Licensed and registered Certified Public Accountant. Minimum 5 years of comprehensive accounting experience. Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS and Peruvian tax regulations. ERP accounting system proficiency (CONCAR preferred). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
