Position Summary: We are seeking a Selection Analyst to join our Human Resources team, managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes at a food concessionaire. Key Highlights: 1. Provide support for HR-related activities Selection Analyst – Food Concessionaire **A food concessionaire is currently seeking a Selection Analyst** to join our Human Resources team. Main Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Post and update job openings on Indeed, Computrabajo, LinkedIn, and other recruitment sources. * Conduct active candidate sourcing and resume screening. * Conduct telephone and in-person interviews. * Coordinate interviews with department heads. * Track candidates throughout various stages of the hiring process. * Maintain up-to-date databases and selection metrics. * Coordinate onboarding and request required documentation from selected candidates. * Prepare progress and requirement coverage reports. * Provide support for HR-related activities. Requirements * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection processes. * Experience in high-volume recruitment processes will be valued. * Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Computrabajo, and LinkedIn. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Availability to work onsite in **San Miguel**. * Immediate availability.
