Apply by sending your updated CV. · REQUIREMENTS: Technical degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields Experience in coding Intermediate-level knowledge of SAP B1 Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (mandatory) Experience and expertise in generating purchase orders based on invoices or Packing Lists Availability for on-site work Immediate availability · RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate and send monthly sales reports to suppliers under the commercial condition: guaranteed purchase. Encode retail merchandise. Update material changes in SAP and TUTATI, such as seasonal changes, color, description, hierarchy, long models, etc. Submit Credit Notes / Invoices for registration. Harmonize supplier barcode codes. Create hierarchies for new categories. Set up automatic replenishment for new and existing products. Generate purchase orders based on invoices or Packing Lists. Manage daily payment requests along with supporting documents to respective departments. Maintain organized hierarchies and their nodes.
