




**We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team!** \* **Main Responsibilities:** · Lead design development from preliminary design to final construction drawings. · Coordinate technical integration between urban design, facilities/amenities, and engineering disciplines (structures, installations, etc.). · Ensure designs comply with regulations and adhere to target costs. · Manage deliverables in network folders and Trello, following defined standards. · Maintain constant communication with suppliers to obtain technical and cost information. **\* Specific Tasks:** · Develop and maintain stage-specific deliverable checklists. · Prepare and coordinate technical construction drawings. · Coordinate with render artists and graphic team to produce visual materials. · Validate quantities and perform checks using predefined checklists. · Upload and update drawings in DWG/PDF format using agreed naming conventions. · Compile complete technical documentation packages by specialty. · Send weekly progress reports to the Project Manager. · Keep Trello tracking updated. \* **Applicant Profile:** · Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating real estate or construction projects. · Proficient in technical software: **AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel (intermediate-to-advanced)**. · Proactive in identifying and resolving inconsistencies in drawings and quantity takeoffs prior to construction. · Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. · Strong negotiation and communication skills with external suppliers and specialists. · Interest in improving processes and proposing efficient technical solutions. · Adaptability to internal management tools and adherence to documentation standards.
