At C\&R Integral Service S.A.C., a company specialized in telecommunications engineering and services, we are looking for a Shipping Assistant to provide support in coordinating and executing shipping processes, ensuring proper preparation, documentation, and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documents, in compliance with internal procedures and current regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Support planning and coordination of shipments according to operational requirements. * Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries. * Verify that orders are complete, properly packed, and correctly documented. * Issue waybills and other required documentation for goods transportation. * Track shipments until final delivery. * Maintain control and order of shipping documentation. * Record and update shipment information in systems or databases. * Schedule and coordinate appointments with warehouses or third parties for deliveries. * Report incidents, delays, or inconsistencies in shipping processes. * Provide administrative and operational support to the shipping department. **Requirements** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or technical diploma in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping. * Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management. * Familiarity with waybills and transportation documentation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge or experience with ERP systems (preferred). * Organized, responsible, proactive, and team-oriented. **Benefits** * Immediate hiring. * Timely salary payments. * Internal training. * Career path and growth opportunities based on performance. * Positive work environment and guidance during onboarding.
