Job Summary: We are seeking a creative professional to join a high-performance team within a rapidly expanding e-commerce ecosystem, producing digital content and ensuring visual consistency. Creative participation in content (on-screen appearance, voice-over, acting). Grupo Unaluka is a rapidly growing e\-commerce and logistics ecosystem with a global vision. We operate across three brands: * Unaluka Global: cross\-border e\-commerce bringing products from around the world to Peru. * Unaluka.com: e\-commerce platform offering globally trending products, available in stock or on order. * Aztra: an aspirational brand focused on personal care and lifestyle jewelry in LATAM. We are a continuously expanding company with a startup culture, a creative mindset, and a high-performance team. Responsibilities: \- Propose and execute a creative content calendar aligned with trends. \- Produce and edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. \- Cover events and activations alongside the Marketing team. \- Participate creatively in content (on-screen appearance, voice-over, acting as appropriate for each reel). \- Write social media copy and blog posts. \- Ensure brand Look \& Feel across all digital channels. \- Design and adapt graphic assets for campaigns, promotions, and product launches. \- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Content teams to ensure visual consistency. \- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to generate graphics. Requirements: \- Student, technical graduate, or graduate in Design, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. \- Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. \- Experience with cameras, lighting, and basic photography concepts. \- High creativity and initiative. \- Results-oriented. Working Hours: \- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \- 5:30 PM (Hybrid mode). Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month. Work Location: Hybrid in Miraflores, Lima.
