Ongoing training and capacity building An environmental company specializing in comprehensive hazardous waste management seeks to hire **Loading and Unloading Operators** to strengthen its operations department. We seek responsible, dynamic, and procedure-compliant individuals who are willing to perform operational tasks safely and efficiently. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform material and waste loading and unloading tasks, adhering to safety regulations and protocols. * Support classification, organization, and control of operational documentation or records. * Carry out additional tasks assigned by the department head to ensure scheduled services are delivered. **Job Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Reside in Ventanilla or near Porcino Park. * Availability to work during one of the following shifts: * Morning: 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. / 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Afternoon: 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Availability from Monday to Saturday, with fixed weekly rest on Sundays. **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Monthly remuneration of S/ 1,300\. * Biweekly payments on established dates. * Special bonus of S/ 800 in June and November. * Ongoing training and capacity building. * Career progression opportunities within the company.
