**General Maintenance Technician - Breña** We are seeking to hire a **Maintenance Technician** to perform various maintenance tasks at our facilities and projects. **Requirements** * **Knowledge in:** electricity (e.g., replacing light bulbs, thermal systems, etc.), painting, installations, metal carpentry, drywall, plumbing, veneering, and touch-ups. * Remodeling of apartments and melamine furniture. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar positions or performing comprehensive maintenance work. * **Additional skills:** Ability to handle basic tools, weld pipe supports, perform carpentry and locksmithing tasks, among others. **Responsibilities** * Replacement and maintenance of lighting fixtures (fluorescent lamps, light bulbs, etc.). * Installation of piping. * Use and maintenance of basic tools. * Performing carpentry and locksmithing tasks, such as installation and repair of shelves, cabinets, doors, and windows. * Plumbing. * Assisting with equipment and document relocation. * Fulfilling assigned responsibilities within their area of expertise. **What We Offer?** * **Compensation:** PEN 2,100 * **Stable working hours:** Monday to Friday, **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, and Saturdays, **9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.** * **Dynamic work environment** and a committed team. * **Opportunity for growth** within the company.
