Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in electricity, painting, mechanics, and carpentry to perform various maintenance and repair tasks. Key Highlights: 1. What do we require for this position? * Graduate, Maintenance Mechanic Technician, Industrial Electrician Technician, or related field. * Knowledge of electricity, painting, maintenance mechanics, installations, metal carpentry, drywall, cladding, and others. * Knowledge of apartment remodeling and melamine furniture. * Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. * Familiarity with INDECI regulations. What will be your main duties and responsibilities? * Replace lighting fixtures (fluorescent lamps and bulbs). * Repair pipe fittings in offices and other areas. * Operate basic maintenance tools. * Handle electrical systems to resolve incidents in offices, stores, and other locations. * Perform carpentry and locksmithing tasks. * Install or repair shelves, racks, doors, and windows. * Carry out other duties within your scope of expertise. * Paint INDECI safety lines or possess knowledge of related inspections. What do we offer? * Compensation: S/1800 to S/2100 per month, based on evaluation. * Biweekly payments * Willingness to travel * Professional growth * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM * Immediate availability.
