Job Summary: We are seeking Machine Tool Technicians and/or Production Technicians for metalworking, specializing in precision turning and manufacturing of various parts. Key Highlights: 1. Application of dimensional control in manufacturing processes **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are a metalworking company seeking Machine Tool Technicians and/or Production Technicians. **REQUIREMENTS** Experience operating conventional engine lathes and manufacturing various parts; ability to thread, center, face, and machine cones with precision fits on different materials (stainless steel, aluminum, Teflon, etc.) * Experience interpreting engineering drawings and reading blueprints. * Advanced knowledge of measurement using bore gauges and external/internal micrometers. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a LATHE OPERATOR (Mandatory). * Availability to work in Huachipa **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manufacturing cylindrical, radial, concentric, and eccentric parts within minimal tolerances, including: * Manufacturing hydraulic and pneumatic pistons * Turning rods, cylinders, caps, pistons, and other components * Performing all types of threading (Mandatory) * Polishing caps, cylinders, shafts, pistons, and others * Applying dimensional control during the manufacturing process of machined parts on the engine lathe * Internal cylinder grinding on the lathe * Machining parts via metalizing process (optional) * Boring housings of various diameters on milling machines **WORK SCHEDULE** * NIGHT SHIFT: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM \- 3:00 AM; Saturday, 2:00 PM \- 6:30 PM **BENEFITS** * Competitive market-aligned salary * Position type: Permanent Position type: Permanent Work location: On-site employment Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,100\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
