Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to supervise processes, record critical variables, investigate failures, and support quality management in bakery and pastry production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the proper use of uniforms and personal hygiene of plant personnel. 2. Investigate recurring failures or complaints and propose corrective actions. 3. Support the drafting of manuals, SOPs, forms, and HACCP plans. We are SFC Turrones Calderón, a Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience in the production, marketing, and distribution of bakery and pastry products. We are currently seeking a Quality Assistant who meets the following profile: REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or candidate in Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and sanitary regulations. * Minimum 1 YEAR of quality control experience in food industry companies (preferred). * Ability to work in a team, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability to work in ATE (near Parque de los Anillos). * Availability to work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm \+ OVERTIME from Monday to Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise the proper use of uniforms and personal hygiene of plant personnel. * Record critical variables in real time, such as temperature, pH, or dosage. * Collect, label, and send samples to the laboratory according to the established plan. * Immediately notify the Quality Supervisor of any anomalies. * Verify daily calibration of scales and thermometers at the start of each shift. * Hold, document, and coordinate re-evaluation of observed products. * Investigate recurring failures or complaints and propose corrective actions. * Review process data to identify trends and prevent losses. * Support the drafting of manuals, SOPs, forms, and HACCP plans. * Participate as an internal auditor and handle customer or external entity visits. * Review the quality performance of raw materials and packaging. * **BENEFITS:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one (CTS, bonuses, vacations, etc.). * Overtime pay in accordance with the law. * Bi-weekly advances. * Meal allowance. * If interested, contact us at 933 427 312.
