A prestigious law firm in Miraflores is looking for a CREATIVE and TALENTED individual to join our cutting-edge Marketing team as a **Senior Digital Content Creator**. The Senior Digital Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging and innovative content across major social media platforms—including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter—to effectively reach the target audience defined per campaign. Key responsibilities include researching topics, generating ideas, creating audiovisual content, and collaborating with team members to ensure brand message consistency. **Responsibilities**: * **Design and update multi-platform content strategies**, aligned with the firm’s branding objectives, positioning, and client acquisition goals. * **Research and identify viral trends and relevant legal sector topics** (e.g., Criminal Law, Family Law, Labor Law), creatively adapting them to the Peruvian digital context. * **Lead creative ideation sessions (brainstorming)** to propose campaigns, innovative formats, international references, and disruptive narratives for social media. * **Write and edit high-impact content**: from Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn posts to blog articles, video scripts, and legally focused advertising copy. * **Manage the creation of visual assets**: compelling images, animations, reels, and short videos that complement and enhance written content. * **Plan and manage the editorial calendar**, ensuring timely delivery and content consistency across all digital channels. * **Monitor and analyze content performance** using key metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, etc.) and optimize strategy based on results. * **Manage the production of digital events**, such as live streams, professional photo sessions, and special campaigns coordinated with the legal team. **Qualifications**: * **Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields**. Additional training in Content Marketing, Storytelling, Digital Design, or Audiovisual Production is highly valued. * **Minimum 5 years of experience producing high-impact digital content for social media**, especially within service sectors, personal brands, or intangible products. *(\_***Mandatory***\_)* * **Strong command of creative writing, text editing, and persuasive style**, with strategic thinking and keen attention to detail.
