Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics specialist to manage and coordinate materials for CLARO's telecommunications PEXT and PINT projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and coordinates materials for PEXT and PINT projects. 2. Controls inventories and dispatches materials to work crews. 3. Negotiates with suppliers and coordinates logistics. Main Responsibilities: * Manage, record, and invoice orders generated by PEXT and PINT operations departments. * Coordinate material requests with CLARO for dispatches and manage their receipt. * Control and inventory PEXT and PINT warehouses according to project type. * Record material entries and exits in the assigned system. * Organize and dispatch materials to work crews. * Negotiate with suppliers and carry out purchases required by the projects. * Coordinate material reconciliations and prepare reports with PEXT and PINT supervisors. * Perform transfers and logistical arrangements as operationally required. Candidate Profile: * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in External Plant (PEXT) and Internal Plant (PINT) projects within CLARO's network. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Knowledge of and proficiency in inventory control software (ERP, SGA, Advanced Excel, or similar). * Skills in assertive communication, negotiation, team management, and problem solving. * Results-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
