Position Summary: Efficient and timely procurement of goods and services, ensuring continuous supply and comprehensive process control. Key Highlights: 1. Financial coordination and incident resolution Position Objective: To efficiently and promptly manage the company's procurement of goods and services, ensuring continuous supply to operational and administrative departments through proper planning, supplier evaluation, inventory control, and comprehensive purchase process tracking. Main Responsibilities: * Manage general procurement of goods, supplies, and services required by various company departments. * Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and qualify suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards. * Plan procurements according to operational needs and established budgets. * Issue, record, and track purchase orders until receipt of goods or service acceptance. * Administer and control stock levels of recurring supplies and products, ensuring accurate Kardex and inventory updates. * Coordinate with the Finance Department to monitor and control supplier payments (end-to-end process). * Track deliveries and resolve operational incidents with suppliers and internal users. * Prepare incident, deviation, or anomaly reports identified during the procurement process. * Manage and maintain up-to-date department documentation (purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, contracts, etc.). * Provide support to internal departments regarding procurement and supply processes. * Comply with applicable procedures, internal policies, and current regulations related to procurement and logistics. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the Logistics Manager. Position Requirements: Academic Qualifications: * Technical or university degree in Administration, Business, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain).
