Collaborates with departments to address operational challenges Responsibilities: * Evaluate the company's needs for goods and services. * Collaborate with different departments to understand and anticipate their procurement requirements. * Identify and evaluate potential suppliers. * Analyze quotations, terms, and conditions to determine the best option in terms of cost, quality, and delivery time. * Negotiate agreements and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable conditions. * Ensure contractual terms are clear and aligned with company policies. * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers. * Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or non-compliance. * Collaborate on preparing procurement-related budgets. * Track spending and seek ways to optimize costs. * Identify and resolve procurement-related issues promptly. * Collaborate with other departments to address operational and logistical challenges. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the procurement area. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Prepare reports for management. PROFILE * Industrial Engineering or Business Administration professional * 2 years of experience in this role, preferably within industrial companies * SAP knowledge * Intermediate-level Office proficiency * Competencies: Negotiation, Communication, Organization, Planning Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
