Job Summary: Rolopom Human Corporis is seeking a professional to manage procurement and logistics for biomedical and hospital equipment while maintaining supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procurement and logistics in the healthcare sector 2. Coordinate transportation and ensure timely delivery of goods 3. Maintain communication and relationships with suppliers Rolopom and Human Corporis aim to bring technology and infrastructure for healthcare services closer to people, delivering high-quality care. We seek team members who embody our values: Honesty, teamwork, assertive communication, respect, excellence, humility, and proactivity. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * Intermediate level proficiency in Excel. * Diploma or specialization in import operations. * Experience managing biomedical equipment projects and Hospital Implementation (desirable). * Three years of experience in procurement management. * Experience purchasing biomedical, electromechanical, and hospital equipment. * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. * Availability to work from May to September. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure appropriate stock levels according to project requirements. * Organize and coordinate cargo transportation, ensuring products arrive at their destination on time and in good condition, meeting all technical specifications. * Maintain effective communication with suppliers and foster strong business relationships to guarantee a consistent flow of materials and products. * Manage documentation and recordkeeping for all logistics operations, including invoices and waybills. * Provide administrative support for logistics operations, including preparation of shipping documents and inventory management. **Benefits** * Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Formal employment registration from the first day of work, with all statutory benefits * Corporate benefits * EPS health insurance covered at 70%.
