Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and committed Warehouse Supervisor to lead staff, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Propose improvements in logistics processes to reduce errors and processing time. ***At Oleohidraulics, we continue growing and expanding our team — therefore, we seek individuals with talent, commitment, and passion for professional development.*** Position: **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Lead and organize warehouse staff, promoting efficient and responsible teamwork. \- Supervise, train, and delegate tasks to assigned warehouse staff, promoting operational efficiency, discipline, and safety. \- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of physical and systematized inventory (Kardex), leading cyclic and annual inventories. \- Supervise and ensure proper product coding, location, and rotation, guaranteeing compliance with the FIFO method and appropriate inventory management. \- Coordinate and execute material or product dispatch according to internal orders or requirements. \- Manage documentation (delivery notes, purchase orders, returns, receipts, shipments, etc.). \- Review warehouse inventory daily to replenish depleted supplies or spare parts. \- Manage defective or incomplete items, tracking warranty-related receipts and reporting to National or International Logistics, as applicable, to coordinate replacement with suppliers. \- Prepare and submit KPI reports to management for continuous improvement. \- Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, production, sales, etc.) to ensure efficient operations. \- Supervise proper, orderly, and safe storage of goods. \- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures (cyclic counts, physical inventories, adjustments, etc.). \- Propose improvements in logistics processes to help reduce errors and processing time. REQUIREMENTS \- University graduate in Administration, Logistics, Business, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor. \- Experience in inventory management, warehouse control, and personnel management. \- Age: between 28 and 35 years. \- Intermediate-level office software skills, Kardex knowledge, storage techniques, documentation, and inventory preparation and control. \- ERP system proficiency.
