Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations **POSITION MISSION:** Coordinate, control, and execute timely acquisition of services required by the company's projects in accordance with the Annual Procurement Plan; optimize costs and resource utilization while ensuring availability and quality. **FUNCTIONS:** * Review and keep the service procurement plan information updated, reporting deviations that jeopardize the execution of planned activities. * Manage high-complexity requirements (SOLPEDS), leading procurement processes for amounts exceeding US$ 1MM. * Manage tender stages (bidder approval, site visits, clarification of queries, evaluation, award, etc.) and coordinate with the requesting user to finalize supplier selection and negotiate optimal terms and conditions. * Review documents received from the user (SOW, technical specifications, base budget, etc.). * Evaluate economic proposals and delivery conditions in coordination with the requesting department. * Prepare the tender schedule, bidder list, and tender documents (terms of reference, invitation letters, etc.) in coordination with the requesting user. * Manage contractual administration and approval of valuations, claims, penalties, contractual correspondence, and report frequent procurements eligible for negotiation via Price Agreement, Consignment, or other arrangements with suppliers, as well as the respective contract closure. * Prepare, consolidate, and safeguard award and contractual documentation, coordinating with the selected supplier on all necessary steps for admission of supplier personnel to MCP facilities. * Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations in coordination with the direct supervisor. * Promptly identify risks of non-compliance and changes to initial contract conditions. Toromocho Mining Unit has been the first world-class copper mine fully executed and developed from inception overseas by a Chinese enterprise. It is located in the district of Morococha, province of Yauli, department of Junín, at an altitude of over 4,500 meters above sea level. It operates a concentrator plant processing approximately 117,200 tons of ore per day. Today, Chinalco Perú is one of the most important enterprises within China Copper and CHINALCO’s largest wholly-owned foreign subsidiary.
