Here, you’ll learn from experts, work on high-impact projects, and always stay one step ahead in technology. ##### ***JOB DESCRIPTION*** * University or technical degree: Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience implementing at least 3 solutions using the required technologies, having participated in end-to-end delivery through production deployment for each solution. * At least 2 initiatives involving definition and deployment of technological components to automate and/or simplify tasks. * Knowledge and experience using/populating various Information Ecosystems (Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, Databricks) \+ 1\.5 years * Intermediate-level SQL and PL/SQL coding proficiency. * Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Experience in certification processes (automation and execution of testing in data projects). * Experience in Data Governance and Data Quality projects. * Proficiency with incident/ticket management tools. * (Desirable) Experience in the insurance sector; familiarity with industry best practices in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Security. * Business Intelligence (BI) knowledge (desirable). *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Manages demand and prioritization of requests. * Defines data implementation strategy based on Squad guidelines and requirements. * Ensures compliance with Data Governance guidelines. * Establishes business definitions and identifies critical data. * Defines implementation logic jointly with Squads. * Centralizes the Data Dictionary and implemented governance artifacts. * Defines Data Quality strategy before and after implementation. * Defines monitoring and support strategy for data projects. * Certifies data intended for business use, delivering data products and definitions. **Ideal Candidate Profile** ------------------------- * You are passionate about technology and keep up-to-date (because falling behind is not an option). * You work goal-oriented and aren’t intimidated by demanding environments. * You communicate clearly and know how to build trust with clients and teammates. * You analyze, solve, and negotiate with sound judgment. * You are autonomous, collaborative, and adapt well to flat organizational structures. **What You Get** -------------------- * Indefinite-term contract \+ competitive salary aligned with your level and performance. * Continuous training (real—not just for show). * Personalized career plan: technical, functional, or managerial—you choose your path. * Solid benefits: savings fund, medical insurance, vouchers, vacation days exceeding legal minimums, and more. **If You Want Serious Evolution** ----------------------------------- Bluetab, an IBM Company, is for those who seek impact, growth, and teamwork.
