Job Summary: We are seeking an electronic technician or related professional with experience in maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial equipment—especially encoders—to perform diagnostics and customer site visits. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment 2. Conducting diagnostics and technical visits to customers 3. Handling spare parts requests and preparing reports **Requirements:** * Electronic technician or related field degree * Minimum 1 year of experience performing preventive, corrective maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment; industrial encoder experience preferred * Experience working in industrial plants * Knowledge of preparing budgets and equipment repair reports * Residency in nearby districts (e.g., Ate, Salamanca, El Agustino, Santa Anita, San Juan de Lurigancho) * Willingness and availability to travel **Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnostics, maintenance, installation, and repair of equipment at client facilities, either in Lima or provinces * Coordinate equipment dispatch from warehouse to technical support workshop for software updates and encoder cleaning * Conduct customer visits for equipment repair and installation at client facilities, and prepare visit reports * Submit spare parts requests to the Encoding Assistant and subsequently receive requested spare parts * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor * Maintain workshop cleanliness and order **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:00 * Saturday: 08:00–11:00 **Benefits:** * Full statutory payroll coverage from day one * Profit-sharing participation * Overtime pay Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * How old are you? * Are you available to travel? * Which district do you live in?
