Identify root causes of incidents and generate reports **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead the CD Inventory Analysts team for Sodimac Peru, Sodimac Oriente, Omnichannel stores, and virtual stores. * Timely detect, through control processes, potential operational errors and ensure prompt correction. * Improve product shipment quality to stores via daily observation reports sent to the CD’s responsible team. * Propose and implement new control methodologies based on identified observations. * Identify root causes of detected incidents to substantiate and generate reports for the Central Inventory Management and Finance Management teams. * Review and supervise the daily delivery of Good Faith Audit and Dispatch Quality Control reports. * Review and coordinate with the Loss Prevention team regarding possible irregularities observed during Good Faith reviews. * Coordinate with Store Inventory Analysts on specific topics required to validate compliance with workflows and procedures for merchandise shipments. * Coordinate and review appropriate allocation of operational staff within the CD Inventory Analysis team. * Monitor compliance with weekly Inventory Control meetings held in warehouses to present daily incidents and propose possible solutions to mitigate risks. * Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on results and analysis of cyclic inventories conducted by CD Inventory Operators. * Review reports measuring ERI/ERU results related to cyclic counts across all CD zones. * Review and monitor presentation of indicators related to pending reconciliation transfers. * Track obsolescence reports and warehouse indicators for submission to the Supply Chain Management team. * Plan and organize general warehouse inventories in coordination with Warehouse Management and Internal Audit. * Maintain up-to-date physical and virtual warehouse balances. * Ensure accurate platform reconciliation between WMS and ODBMS. * Prepare monthly executive reports on CD Inventory indicators for presentation at the Management Committee. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduates in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Auditing, or related fields. * Experience in logistics, inventory control, and internal auditing. * Experience leading work teams. * Experience with WMS, project management, and omnichannel process expertise. * Advanced Excel * Intermediate SQL * Knowledge of Locker Studio * Availability to work onsite in Lurín, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Availability to visit VES, Callao, and provincial Distribution Centers as required.
