That’s why we seek committed, passionate individuals eager to join our team. **Job Objective:** Efficiently operate the assigned guillotine machine, meeting quality standards while optimizing material and supply usage during the production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the guillotine machine in compliance with established standards. * Produce products according to work order specifications. * Meet established productivity and waste indicators. * Verify that raw materials and supplies meet required quality standards. * Report any incidents related to the machine, supplies, or process to the supervisor. * Ensure the proper use and maintenance of assigned machinery, tools, and equipment. * Comply with company-established safety guidelines and protocols. * Submit reports and samples when requested. * Support complementary tasks inherent to the production area. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a guillotine operator. * Availability to work in **Cercado de Lima**. * Availability to work overtime. **Benefits:** * First 3 months as a service provider; from the 4th month onward, payroll under MYPE scheme. * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment.
