SSOMA Supervisor

Description

Position Summary: Occupational safety and health professional with experience in construction projects, responsible for comprehensive SSOMA management in sanitary installation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in SSOMA for construction projects. 2. Comprehensive safety management for sanitary installation facilities. 3. Development of safety procedures and safety supervision. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects. * Training in high-risk work activities. * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. * Knowledge of SSOMA management in construction projects. * Knowledge of SSOMA procedures within construction sites. * Knowledge of ISO 40001. **Responsibilities:** * Develop project work procedures. * Prepare IPERCs as required by construction sites. * Prepare weekly and/or monthly site reports. * Compile safety dossiers. * Conduct induction talks and daily 5-minute safety talks. * Produce site bulletin boards. * Provide first aid in case of accidents and/or transport injured personnel to clinics; investigate accidents; ensure compliance with the safety plan. * Identify, warn about, and communicate detected hazards for corrective action. * Inspect fire extinguishers on site to ensure they are in good working condition. * Verify that all personnel use required safety equipment. * Manage distribution of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * Report SSOMA management indicators.
