Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to oversee high-risk work, investigate security incidents, and coordinate preventive activities in the electricity and/or construction sectors. Incident and accident prevention management ENCOSSA, a contractor for Luz del Sur, is currently seeking an SSOMA Supervisor: Responsibilities: * Field supervision of high-risk work (heights, excavation, electrical work, load lifting) * Monitoring of: Safety Plan and Program, control measures, field observation reports, etc. * Investigation of security incidents (data collection, root cause analysis, and implementation of effective control measures) * Supervision of area preventive activities (IP-OP-Incidents and Accidents) for prevention management * Coordination, communication, participation in meetings, and dissemination of incident and accident information * Compliance with responsibilities outlined in the SIG procedures applicable to this position Requirements: * University graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the electricity and/or construction sectors * Residence in districts located in the Southern Zone of Lima (mandatory) Benefits: * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Opportunities for professional growth and continuous development * Excellent working environment and timely monthly payments Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site employment Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.2,800.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you currently reside? * How old are you? * Do you agree with the stated salary? * Do you hold a driver's license?
