Continuously monitor physical, financial, and contractual progress of each project. Prepare and submit weekly progress, cost, risk, and deviation reports to General Management. Support information presented during management meetings and propose corrective actions. Control budgets, valuations, direct and indirect costs, avoiding significant deviations. Coordinate with the Administration and Logistics department to ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Reallocate human resources across projects according to the company’s operational priorities. Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) plans. Verify proper implementation of Safety Technical Assessments (ATS) and on-site safety protocols. Respond immediately to incidents or accidents, leading corrective actions. Actively coordinate with the Projects department to resolve technical interferences and Requests for Information (RFIs). Prioritize projects based on risk level, complexity, and progress status. Resolve technical, operational, or contractual conflicts with sound judgment and leadership. ​Requirements: ​Academic Qualification: Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect, duly registered and authorized. Minimum 6–8 years of experience in construction project execution and management. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in managerial or operational coordination roles. Solid knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and project management practices. Proficiency in cost control, budgeting, and valuation (S10, Presto, or similar tools). Familiarity with planning tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or others). Knowledge of Lean Construction and/or BIM methodologies (management-oriented approach). ​Key Competencies: Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
