Currently, we are looking for a **Sales Supervisor – Call Center** to join our team. Benefits * Fixed salary of **S/ 1,500 to S/ 2,000** (negotiable based on experience). * Commissions ranging from **S/ 2,000 to S/ 4,000**, depending on performance. * Bonuses for achieving targets. * Contract type: **Receipt for Professional Services** for the first 3 months; thereafter, **formal employment under REMYPE payroll**. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturdays: **9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** Requirements * Minimum **6 months of experience as a Call Center Supervisor**, leading sales teams.
